Zinedine Zidane has won all the finals he has led as a coach (in this case, only for Real Madrid ), an unprecedented event in top level professional football.

Until now, one of the closest people to having a close run in the first nine finals was Pep Guardiola. Santpedor was able to win the first six, but lost the seventh in a Cup final against Real Madrid by José Mourinho in 2011.
